• We offer Ultra Economy™, where passengers may be seated on the wing. This lets us fit more passengers on each flight.

• We have the youngest average fleet age of any airline in the world. New airplanes use less fuel and require less maintenence.

• Baggage is sold seperatly, which lets only people who want to bring baggage pay more.

This depends on what airport you are departing from. Lines at security are not usually long at many of the airports we fly to (including our Dupree hub). Please plan ahead to ensure you will have time to check in, clear security, and find your gate. Airport check in closes 30 minutes before departure. If you miss your flight you will NOT recieve a refund.

In general, we recomend arriving at least 45 minutes before your flight is scheduled to depart for domestic flights and 1.5 hours before international flights.
